The seminar "Corporate Governance: Issues and Perspectives" was held in Ho Chi Minh City on July 8 drawing over 100 participants to the New World Hotel to hear presentations from leading international authorities including Mr. Tom Chong of Ernst Young Vietnam, Dragon Capital Director Dominic Scriven, HSBC Vietnam President and CEO Tom Tobin, and Unliver Vietnam Vice President Finance Thomas Grunzke and discuss the need for improved awareness of corporate governance best practice within the local private sector.
